Hey, Lincoln! Came across your site by sheer HAPPENSTANCE via an FB thread about music on autoplay on musician's websites. Well, it's been 1/2 hour since someone posted your site as an example of wonderous and tasteful music that comes up in autoplay. So, here I am and I haven't left yet. GREAT MUSIC, WRITING, VOICE, LYRICS...and....what's left. All of it is totally keeping me here and listening.

I'm an audio engineer in the Bay Area, CA and teach several audio courses at a couple of colleges. I know of a KILLER gig down here for which I record and has an amazing music-based audience for you. How can I cajole you into heading to the Bay Area?
check out the gig and the band who plays next here:

Lincoln! What a great concert last night at Rob and Jan's. Gary and I thoroughly enjoyed you. I suppose rather than telling you that I want to be your friend, I should have said that I want you to be my grandson. It would be so much fun to have you and your great sense of soul and humor with my grandkids and I when we hang out (quite a bit). They'd love you too.

My daughter, Diane, said she thought you were singing to me. We just got back from two weeks in Santa Fe - one of our very favorite places - and Gary and I just loved you song about leaving/staying. Also, the song about bad times in ou life cracked us up. Fortunately those days are few and far between but I don't think I'll ever have another bad day without laughing about you song. We'll see how that goes.

Thanks again for being you - It was a real privilege to get to attend you concert.

Hi Lincoln,

I was just thinking about Sandborn and my last experience there in 2001. I miss it and remembered you playing the guitar back then. Hope all is well, love the new music your putting out. Let me know if you ever make it to Chicago?

Be Well,
Matthew

Looking forward to the show on Alberta. Sure hope that great fiddle player is there - she stood behind you at one of the Alberta Pub Concerts and I think she is in another band with you sometimes? (not Chris) but someone else. Love Chris but she was great too.

Saw you for the first time at Birdfest, only to learn that you're taking a sabbatical. Good for you. Bad for the rest of us. Your performance with Chris was nothing short of magical. I hope to hear you both at Mississippi studio and will watch your website in hopes that you may bless us with your immense spirit and creativity somewhere down the road. Thanks for everything---William and Jean

Wow. Looks like your guest book gets a lot of porn pros. Strange. Doesn't seem like your crowd. Saw you at the Portland Farmers Market. You've got a great sound and I'm in love. I've listened to your cd on repeat for the last three or four days. You're an excellent musician. Thanks for sharing your gift.
